PRINTS ONLY

All limited edition unframed prints available on this site are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a new print of the same kind if it does not arrive in perfect order. Additionally, you may request a replacement if your product is significantly delayed. See below for details. 

Damaged on arrival

Each order is printed on demand using the utmost care and packaged by experienced staff. Therefore, damages are extremely unlikely. If they do occur, rest assured that we will work with you to make it right, at no extra charge. 

You can return and exchange items if they are defective on arrival or if you have received the wrong item. Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and receipt. Therefore, please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. 

You can submit a request for a return and exchange by following the instructions below. 

Submit a return request

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation
  2. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store describing the issue. 
  6. Click Request return.

Please send photos of the damaged item, clearly documenting the defect, in a separate email to  contact@steffenfoerster.com so that we can verify the damage and approve your request. 

If your request is approved, we may request a return of the item before sending a replacement. In that case, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a free return shipping label, and we will process a new order once we receive your item. If we decide that a return is unnecessary, a replacement order will be issued right away and you will be notified about the order status and shipment. 

Shipping delays

You may be eligible for a full refund if your product is significantly delayed. Postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items held up at customs, will not be refunded. Refunds due to shipping delay will generally require you to return the item to us upon receipt, and we may withhold refunds until we receive the return.
